Daniel Agger has refuted suggestions that he may leave Liverpool in January.

A host of clubs from across Europe including Inter Milan and Wolfsburg have been linked with the centre-back after struggling to force his way into Roy Hodgson's side due to persistent injury problems which have continued to plague his Anfield career.

But Agger, currently recovering from a calf problem, insists that he has no plans to leave the Reds unless instructed by Hodgson and is bemused by the continuing speculation linking him with a move away from Merseyside in recent months.
